Benefits Plus
Satisfac Benefits Plus enables you to claim your rewards for your loyal support of your credit union's services through loan interest rate and loan application fee reductions.
Discounts Available
Members who qualify for Benefits Plus at either level enjoy interest rate discounts and loan application fee discounts. Terms and conditions apply and these are available on request.
Benefits Plus Level 1
You qualify for Level 1 Benefits Plus discounts if you have:
- a current Satisfac loan or line of credit facility greater than $10,000; or
- deposit funds greater than $5,000 with Satisfac; or
- a minimum of 2 Insurance policies arranged through Satisfac Insurance Services
Benefits Plus Level 2
You qualify for Level 2 Benefits Plus discounts if you have:
- qualified for Level 1 discount; and
- been a Satisfac member for 5 years or more.

Plus Family Benefits
If you have an adult child who needs a loan, you may transfer the advantages of Satisfac Benefits Plus Level 1 or 2 to them. Naturally, granting of a personal loan to your child is subject to our normal lending criteria and responsible lending standards.
