Allianz Comprehensive Motor Cover has special features to protect Satisfac Credit Union Members' vehicles. Like the Allianz 'second chance', which means you won't lose your maximum no claim bonus after 2 consecutive years claim free, even if you're the driver at fault. Allianz Comprehensive Motor Cover also includes:
- No penalty on your No Claim Bonus if your vehicle is stolen.
- A replacement vehicle for you for up to 14 days if your insured vehicle is stolen and not recovered.
- Replacement of your vehicle with a new car if your insured vehicle suffers a total loss and is within 12 months of the original date of registration.
- A lifetime written guarantee on repairs, that are authorised by Allianz.
- With the free windscreen cover option all the windows in your car are cover - front, side and rear.
Allianz 3rd Party Property Damage
The most basic level of Motor insurance - you could not afford to be without it if an accident happened:
- Covers loss or damage to others' property, up to a limit of $10 million, if you're at fault in an accident.
- Allianz will cover your vehicle for loss or damage arising from an accident caused by the driver of an uninsured vehicle, up to a $3,000 maximum, including costs for protection, removal and towing (conditions apply).
Allianz 3rd Party Property Damage, Fire & Theft
The most basic level of Motor insurance - you could not afford to be without it if an accident happened:
- Protects your vehicle up to its market value or $5,000, whichever is the lesser amount, if your vehicle is damaged by fire or stolen.

Making a Claim
When making a claim you'll need infomation like:
- your policy information
- information about the incident, the date and the damage that occurred and where
- details of the loss or damage you wish to claim for
- information about other people or property involved
Members can submit a Motor Claim online at www.allianzclaims.com.au or by telephone during business hours on 1300 555 030.
If your claim relates to an emergency, call 13 1000.
If you have a Glass Only claim call O'Brien Glass direct on 13 16 16.
