Wills and Advance Directives

Do you need a will? Most of us understand the need to have a valid Will. However, few people know the importance of having an Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Power of Guardianship documents.Should you be unable to take care of your own affairs yourself because of say Alzheimers, a stroke, head injuries or a vehicle accident - your family do not have the right to automatically take control of your affairs, as many believe.

Advance Directives

An Enduring Power of Attorney enables you to appoint someone of your choice to look after your property and financial matters. Likewise, an Enduring Power of Guardianship enables you to appoint someone of your choice to look after your personal affairs, such as entering a nursing home, what doctor can treat you and what medical treatment you require.

Home Visit Service

Colin Camac at Langes lawyers provides a special home visit service to all Satisfac members who do not have these documents - or are interested in finding out more information about them. Colin will come to your home and explain how they protect you. This is a no obligation service that Colin provides to Satisfac members.
