You'll need an Access Code to:

  • receive any information about your account(s)
  • check your account balances and transactions
  • open new Savings and Term Investments accounts
  • advise us on how you wish us to deal with a maturing term investment
  • change or cancel periodical payments
  • re-arrange existing payroll deduction authorities
  • transfer funds between your accounts or to another Member's accounts
  • transfer funds to a Satisfac account with ATM or EFTPOS access
  • stop payment on a cheque
  • change of name or personal details
