- receive any information about your account(s)
- check your account balances and transactions
- open new Savings and Term Investments accounts
- advise us on how you wish us to deal with a maturing term investment
- change or cancel periodical payments
- re-arrange existing payroll deduction authorities
- transfer funds between your accounts or to another Member's accounts
- transfer funds to a Satisfac account with ATM or EFTPOS access
- stop payment on a cheque
- change of name or personal details
