How long until I receive my card?
Once your application is assessed and the contract signed your card will be sent to your home usually within 14 days.
How can I make payments to my credit card?
- Over the counter at Satisfac Branches
- Via the Internet or by phone transfer, from another Satisfac account
- Transfer via TeleService (Access Code required)
- Transfer from another financial institution via the BSB and S10 account number
When is the annual fee payable?
12 months from the opening date and every 12 months from then on.
When will I receive a statement?
Your statement will be sent at the end of each month with your regular statements. It will be the first account listed on your statement.
How does the interest free period work?
Your Visa account has up to 55 days interest free on purchases. Purchases you make during the month will appear on your end of month statement. You have until the 25th of the next month to pay your account. If you pay the full balance you will pay no interest on your purchases, so depending on your purchase date you can get up to 55 days interest free.
Why are there two interest rates?
- 4.99% is a special introductory rate for the first 6 months
- 10.24% is the rate after the first 6 months
Why do I need a card here when I already have one at XYZ financial institution?
Our card is offering a really good rate and it will mean that you can have all of your banking at Satisfac.
What is a transfer balance?
The balance you have outstanding on a card held somewhere else that you can transfer to this card.
If I have my balance transferred from XYZ Visa will this card be closed?
No, but it would be a good idea next time you are near one of their offices to go in and close it.
Can I access the available funds?
Yes, the withdrawal of funds from this account is a Cash Advance. You can withdraw at an ATM here or overseas, or over the counter at Satisfac branch or any bank that accepts Visa. You will have to pay interest from the time that you withdraw the funds. A fee of $1.50 will be charged for non Satisfac ATM withdrawals and $4.00 on Overseas withdrawals.
