Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card

To report a lost or stolen card;

Call the Redicard/Visa card 24 hour hotline on:

1800 224 004

or call Satisfac Credit Union during business hours on:

08 8202 7777

  • If theft or fraud has occurred, advise local police and obtain copy of the Police Report.
  • Check your account balance and transaction history and immediately report any unauthorised transactions to Satisfac Credit Union by phoning during business hours (you'll need to quote your access code), or
  • Complete the VISA/Internet Dispute form available through the Forms & Publications link below.

When overseas

If theft or fraud has occurred advise local police and obtain copy of the Police Report.

Contact Satisfac during business hours by phone (access code required) or by facsimile (signature required):

  • to arrange for replacement card
  • check account balance and transaction history and immediately report any unauthorised transactions.
  • to advise current overseas contact details (where staying, phone & fax numbers etc)

If you have travel insurance contact your Travel Insurer to arrange assistance.

The local Australian Consulate may be able to provide emergency assistance and/or replacement travel documents.
