As a Satisfac Member you are a co-owner (Shareholder) of a democratic financial institution that keeps a total focus on fulfilling its Members' service requirements. On joining, you purchase a $2 share, and every Member over the age of 18 years is entitled to vote at Annual General Meetings and in electing Directors.
Satisfac is subject to stringent operating regulations administered by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA).
