How to Join

Becoming a Satisfac Member is a financially rewarding decision that will provide you with a host of benefits.

To join Satisfac you will need to complete a Membership application and the Identification Worksheet. You can download the Membership Application and the Identification Worksheet forms from the Forms & Publications link, under Home in the grey navigation bar above.

Joining by Mail

Download the Membership application and the Identification Worksheet. After reading 'General Information about Satisfac', fill in the application form ensuring you fill in all the boxes, and sign the 'Declaration'.

Please ensure that an 'Authorised Person' certifies your identification documents.

Please check that all forms have been filled in correctly and signed appropriately. Enclose a cheque, money order or postage stamps to the value of $2.00 to purchase one Satisfac share. Include copies of your certified documents and post them all to us.

How to Join

Joining at a Branch

When joining at a Satisfac Branch, we'll need to verify your identity, so please bring the appropriate identification with you. A selection from the following items will help:

  • Current passport
  • Birth Certificate
  • Citizenship Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Mortgage documents
  • Teachers Registration Certificate
  • Credit card
  • Student Identification card

If you have recently married and changed your name, it's wise to take along your marriage certificate.
