Becoming a member of Satisfac is easy!
To become a member, you need to complete a Membership Application, go through an identification process and purchase a $2 share in the credit union.

Switching to Satisfac
Once you’ve established your membership and opened a transaction account you’re ready to start switching!
All you need to do is provide your employer with Satisfac’s BSB number, 805-007, and your membership number. Our Teleservice consultants can even arrange for your payroll to be split between your accounts at Satisfac.
Similarly, if you have any ongoing direct debits, you’ll need to let the relevant companies know to debit your Satisfac account. The information they’ll be looking for is just our BSB number, 805-007, and your membership number.
