The Boards of Satisfac and Powerstate Credit Unions recommend Merger
As previously indicated, the boards of Satisfac and Powerstate Credit Unions have completed a robust due diligence process and will recommend to members that the credit unions merge.
Further detailed information as legally required in the merger process will be sent to members in the coming months and the formal process will be finalised with members voting at a Special General Meeting to be held in late August. Any other significant developments will be updated on the website, or communicated directly to you, our members, as appropriate.
